Kingswood Estate is a peaceful, family-oriented community, designed as a retreat for those seeking tranquility and an escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s not an ideal location for rowdy guests. If you’re looking for a serene environment, we would be happy to proceed with your booking once the rules are understood and accepted.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Both bedrooms feature comfortable twin single beds, which can be converted to king-size beds upon request. The en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom both include a shower, basin, and toilet.

Living Spaces: The vintage-style dining room, equipped with a large table for eight, seamlessly transitions into a bright living room furnished with an elegant, luxurious lounge sofa draped in white linen. This space invites you to relax, watch sports broadcasts, read, or enjoy conversation in a tranquil setting. The large glass stacking doors open onto a patio with modern table and chairs, as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa, offering stunning views of the 11th fairway and the Outeniqua Mountains.

Outdoor Amenities: The patio includes a table, chairs, and a Weber grill, perfect for al fresco dining. The fenced garden, filled with tropical plants, provides a safe space for children to play and features a fire pit ideal for cooking with a Dutch oven or baking your own bread. Relax in the Adirondack chairs by the fire and enjoy the serene surroundings and breathtaking views.

Modern Conveniences: The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for any culinary enthusiast, featuring high-quality chef’s knives, a variety of pots and pans, fresh herbs from the kitchen garden, and a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. The single garage hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience, along with storage for braai essentials.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all amenities.

Booking Information:- Check-in: 3:00 PM- Check-out: 10:00 AM- Minimum Stay: 2 nights is required throughout the year. During peak season and special events, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.

Policies:- Small pets are allowed.- No parties: This is non-negotiable. If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to ensure a smooth entry.

Guest access Guests are welcome to roam about on the estate during their stay. However, steering clear from fairways to avoid mishaps with golf balls in play is strongly advised and will be strictly enforced by security personnel in the event of a complaint.

For golfers, undoubtedly the 18 hole Sally Little signature golf course designed by Danie Obermeyer is the prime attraction. All our playing guests are treated to special discounted green fees for the duration of their stay.

Apart from golf, leisure activities that can be enjoyed are bird watching, jogging, walking or cycling along the Riverine Trail… all in a setting of breathtaking, natural beauty!

The clubhouse restaurant offers excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch options.

Important Information for Guests While crawling infants are welcome, please note that the patio has steps leading to the garden, which is steep and ungated, making it unsuitable for children under 4 years of age.

Babysitter recommendations, as well as a baby bath, high chair, and travel crib, are available upon request (subject to availability).

Guests are required to adhere to all Kingswood rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in the cancellation of the reservation without reimbursement.

These regulations will be communicated beforehand. We also advise guests to respect permanent residents and maintain the estate's tranquillity, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM daily.

Even though our property is equipped with solar backup power, we kindly ask guests to refrain from using any appliances during load shedding. The solar backup is primarily intended to keep essential lights on and support basic amenities like the TV and Wi-Fi. This ensures that the solar power is conserved and not depleted.
